The breakfast was marvellous with the bacon, a runny boiled egg, gluten free options and had something for everyone. Everyone was welcoming and exceptional. The hotel was in the central setting brilliant right by the castle.

We had superior double room with a fireplace and soundproof windows.
The staff we met were unattentive.

I thoroughly enjoyed the place, its rich and hearty breakfast.
I was upgraded to good sized superior queen room with good views. The breakfast had a huge variety of outstanding food and drinks. The location was stunning; next to a castle and a church.

Its location was brilliant, not far from centre of the town and the castle, shops restaurants. There was an attached restaurant nearby. Had a really great stay for a business trip, and would definitely return here.

The hotel's location was amazing, right by the castle and the centre of Ludlow, shops restaurants, and Eliott's bistro. They gave me standard queen room with the garden, nice views, for instance.

Our airy and delightful room was equipped with a semi-private garden, very comfortable bed, a good size bathroom. Enjoyed the location in the lovely garden. Plus, it was so close to the centre of the town, and castle and town centre.
